Lack of “Will” for Will Power

How does one get will power
Buddhila patat ahe ..
Manala samjat ahe...
Sharilala zepat ahe....
Kalat ahe pan walat nahi....
How does one get over this,
Every now i then  i remember the “Spider story”...and start over...
But its just the start..maybe i do not find the real need for the change,the routine,the descipline, to follow up on the start...
Lack of will power(some would say)
Where do you get that,how does one get it..
Maybe one needs to ...have enough passion, be desperate enough for “A” particular thing..
To start and finish something..
